It is my pleasure to welcome you to the City of Nashville. Nashville is located in southwest Arkansas at the foothills of the Ouachita Mountains. We take pride in the slogan "Sharing the Hometown Feeling", because it is more than just a slogan – it is a way of life. Our people are friendly and willing to volunteer a helping hand in the time of need. Nashville is one of the very few cities in the State that can boast that we actually employ more people in our industries than we have people residing in our City. We are proud to say that because of this, we have a very strong local economy.
Our Community comes together frequently in the auspices of our renowned City Park. Recreation of live concerts, social gatherings, and a sports complex that is second to none provides recreation for individuals and families. We are proud to display the 2003 Facility Tourism Award presented by the State of Arkansas’ Park and Recreation Department.
We are a community who work together, play together, and pray together, another reason why “Sharing the Hometown Feeling” is more than a slogan.
