Will the City pick up unwanted large items from my residence?

Yes, call 870-845-1440 to schedule a large item pick up for a fee.

When are the City Lakes open for fishing?

Lake Nichols is open 7 days a week 12 months a year 6am to 8pm. Lake Louis Graves is open March through October 6am to 8pm Thursday through Sunday.

Can you pick up my limbs and leaves?

Yes, the City will pick up limbs and leaves at no charge to the customer, just call the Water Office at 870-845-1440 to schedule a pick up.

What if I have an emergency and need my water turned off after hours?

The Distribution Department has an on call phone that can be reached after hours, 870-845-9705.

Where do I go to pay a ticket for a traffic violation?

Is there a place I can drop off trash and unwanted items?

Yes, the City has a public dumpster by the fence at the City Shop, 1006 S 6th St.

Where can I buy a Fishing Permit for the two City Lakes?

Fishing Permits can be purchased at the water office, $10 for a year, $1 for a one day pass, or $1 Lifetime permit for anyone 55 and older.
